Financial Aid Workshops
We're here to help!
The Financial Aid Office offers in-person assistance to help you through the financial aid application process. You can get assistance with the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or California Dream Act Application (CADAA) or check your current financial aid status with the college.
It's not too late to apply!!
If you need assistance with your financial aid application, please attend an upcoming Eagles Early Enrollment (EEE) event:
- Wednesday, November 29, 2023, from 2:00 – 5:00pm
- Wednesday, December 6, 2023, from 2:00 - 5:00pm
Location: Student Services and Administration Building (SSAB), first floor check-in for event.
Things to have ready for the workshop:
-
If you are applying for FAFSA have your FSA ID username and password. If you don’t remember them go to studentaid.gov, go to Log In/Create and Account, and click on “forgot username” or “forgot password.”
-
If you don’t already have one you should go to studentaid.gov about a week before the workshop and apply for one. This will allow your information to be authenticated ahead of time.
-
If you are a dependent student and your parent has a Social Security number have them apply for a FSA ID as well. If they don’t have a Social Security number that’s OK – you will print out and mail a signature page in the final step of completing your FAFSA.
-
For both the 2022-2023 FAFSA and Dream Act you need 2020 income information.
-
If you’re a dependent student we need yours and your parent(s) income information.
-
If you’re married we need yours and your spouse's income information.
