Veterans Resource Center
The Veterans Resource Center at Los Angeles Mission College is committed to supporting the academic and personal achievements of our student Veterans, Reservists, Active-Duty Military and Dependents.
The VRC is the bridge between military-connected students and the College. We offer many student resources of academic counseling, peer-to-peer networking, transfer and career services, tutoring and much more. The VRC office also works to process Veteran educational benefits provided by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs as well as provide college and community resources, career and job opportunities, housing and disability services to our Veterans and military connecd students.
The Veterans Resource Center will continue to serve our students during our regular office hours with the following options to access our services and counseling appointments this semester:
- Online Counseling through Cranium Cafe
- Phone Counseling
- In Person Counseling **appointments may be limited to specific days in the week. Alternative days can be accommodated and scheduled via email or cranium cafe prior to office visit.
Student Instructions on how to Access the VRC Office Online
Step 1: Please go to lamission.craniumcafe.com/login. Click “agree”
Step 2: Click on "Canvas". It is the same login as SIS
Step 3: Cranium Café will request access to your account. Click on “ Authorize”
Step 4: Go to the International Desk and "Knock on Door" to chat with our staff.
Step 5: VRC staff will assist you and send you to the Veterans Counselor who is ready to speak with you or schedule a meeting for a Counseling Appointment.
