Services Offered

A. Business Office accepts payments for various transactions such as:

  1. Enrollment Fees
  2. Transcript Requests/Enrollment Verifications
  3. Library/LRC Go-print credits
  4. Duplicate Student I.D.
  5. Dishonored/returned checks (including Bookstore checks)
  6. Financial Aid overpayments
  7. Lab Fees (when applicable)
  8. Child Care Fees
  9. Parking Fees

B. Other Services

  1. Student I.D. cards
  2. Associated Student Organization (ASO club accounts) set up, fund withdrawals/checks requests, and other related services
  3. Check disbursements for Enrollment refunds, Financial Aid checks (special circumstances), scholarships, or any other type of reimbursements/refunds for LAMC students

Location and Office Hours

The Business Office is located in the Campus Services Building, adjacent to Administrative Services and Health Center.
