Free Tax Services

January 18, 2024

Los Angeles Mission College has partnered with California State University Northridge's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Clinic to provide free tax return services to our students and community.

If you made under $64,000 in 2023, our professionally trained volunteers can prepare and electronically file your federal and state income tax returns. You may also qualify for the Federal and California Earned Income Tax Credit (CalEITC).

VITA clinics will be held every Saturday from February 10 through April 13 (closed February 17 and March 30) from 9:30 am to 3 pm, with a special last chance event on April 15th. Please see below for full details.

No appointment is needed, and walk-ins are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. This free service is open to the public.
