Collage for the Soul in honor of Dia de los Muertos

Join Diego Paez, Adriana Estrada, M.A. and Robert Schwartz, M.S.W. in a welcoming space, as they make unique imagery for departed loved ones. Create a special memory of your ancestor or departed loved one to share with others. Leave with your own collage to keep for yourself, use for an ofrenda, or to show others.
Collage involves cutting and pasting images on to matte board, which can include photos of departed loved ones, or other images that serve as a reminder of their essence.
Please bring copies of pictures or images of the loved one you intend to honor, or other images that you are comfortable cutting and gluing. Supplies will be provided and attendees will leave with their own collage.
This free event is open to current LA Mission College Students. Beverages and light snacks provided.
