Portrait of Erandy Miranda Peregrino

Hello, I am Erandy Miranda Peregrino. I wish to run for office as ASO Vice-President. My previous experience is in student government, where I made an impact through hard work, leadership, and persistence. I plan to do so again at LAMC. Currently, I am a freshman, who has been dual enrolled at LAMC since my sophomore year of high school. At the time, I was Student Body President, who guided my classmates until my senior year, where I graduated with honors.

Through my previous leadership position, I constantly communicated with my peers to understand their needs and goals. I worked tirelessly to raise money to sponsor various school events.

When the pandemic affected our senior plans, we came up with alternative uses for our funds we successfully accumulated. Aside from a strong understanding of budgeting, I also creatively gained further experience by strengthening my approach toward distance learning. This new talent allows me to help ASO with the challenges we face today with online events and remote classes. Having served in student government, and with the dynamic abilities I possess including budgeting, organizing, and leading, I plan to use these skills to assist ASO and improve LAMC as Vice-President.
