Guest Artist Lecture with Salomon Huerta

On Tuesday, October 10th, Los Angeles Mission College will host a guest artist lecture at the college's Arts, Media & Performance Theater, featuring renowned Los Angeles-based artist Salomón Huerta.
Celebrated for its powerful blend of contemporary and introspective elements, Huerta’s distinctive style, characterized by striking portraiture and vibrant colors, has earned him international acclaim and has left an enduring impact on the art world.
Huerta will take attendees on a deep dive into his personal creative journey, exploring the inspirations that have shaped his artistic vision while gaining insight into his creative process. He will also share personal anecdotes and stories behind some of his most iconic pieces, offering a rare glimpse into the mind of a true artistic luminary.
