The first floor will house critical services, inclusive of Admissions & Records, Financial Aid and Student Success offices. An additional six student service departments will be located on the second floor.

The 59,000 square foot building will include the latest in safety and technology standards intended to provide an excellent student and staff experience.  Sustainable attributes include drought tolerant landscaping and heat reducing features including a green roof, polished concrete floors and 66kWh of solar panels.
