Hello, I am Rodrigo, a dedicated Business Administration major currently in my second year at Los Angeles Mission College. My journey at Mission College commenced with an eagerness to engage, as evidenced by my embodiment of our school's spirit as the mascot, Ellie the Eagle. This unique opportunity enabled me to forge connections with fellow students and glean insights from a fresh perspective. Through these interactions, I've come to intimately understand the aspirations of our student body, fostering trust by pledging to cultivate a more inclusive and welcoming environment.

From my earliest memories, I have been drawn to the role of an inspiring leader, guiding groups of individuals to reach their fullest potential and expand their horizons. Building connections with others has always come naturally to me, allowing me to foster a sense of unity and community wherever I go. This passion for connecting with people and making a positive impact on their lives has its roots in the teachings of my beloved grandmother. Her wisdom and kindness have left an indelible mark on me, instilling the value of giving back to the community without expecting anything in return. It is with this profound sense of purpose and a heart full of gratitude that I stand before you today as ASO President. I am committed to using my leadership skills and my dedication to community service to create a campus environment that is inclusive, supportive, and empowers each student to thrive.
