Career Technology Education (CTE) Programs and Admission Criteria/Gainful Employment:
The Higher Education Act of 1965 (HEA), as amended by the Higher Educational Opportunity Act of 2008 (HEOA) requires institutions participating in federally funded financial aid programs to make information about the institution available to current and prospective students. Colleges need to provide disclosure and reporting requirements in a variety of formats.
