Psy 001 Paper

Write a 5-6 page essay on Psychology from one or more chapters of the text.  The topic must include a current event from psychology and how it relates to you, your family, someone you know, or how society sees the topic (i.e. sensation and perception, hypnosis,etc).  The paper requires 3 references, one from the book.

The essay must be typed in APA format.  For samples of APA style, you can visit http://my.ilstu.edu/~jhkahn/APAsample.pdf, or http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/560/01/ these resources will show you how to cite, and they will also cover the general guidelines.  If you have any questions please come see me during office hours. You can also visit the library for examples of APA.  If you wish, I will look over your paper. However, I will only review your paper if you submit it at least two weeks prior to the due date (ask me for the date).  I will not accept papers for review too close to the deadline.
