Student Learning Outcomes: 

1. Student will accurately differentiate between various present, past, and future tenses in their structure use and form.
2. Student will accurately use gerunds and infinitives in sentences
3. Student will accurately analyze the grammar of an argumentative, persuasive composition written by another student.

Grading: Attendance, participation, effort, completion of assignment on time. This is a credit, no credit class.
METHOD OF INSTRUCTIONS: Instructor will review and assign class work and evaluate students by completion of weekly assignments and final exam.
Office Hours: Before and after class and by appointment.
Exclusion Policy: Student may be dropped with excessive absences but should never rely on instructor to exclude them.
