Student Learning Outcomes:
- Student will accurately differentiate between various present, past, and future tenses in their structure use and form.
- Student will accurately use gerunds and infinitives in sentences
- Student will accurately analyze the grammar of an argumentative, persuasive composition written by another student.
Grading: Attendance, participation, effort, completion of assignment on time. This is a credit, no credit class.
METHOD OF INSTRUCTIONS: Instructor will review and assign class work and evaluate students by completion of weekly assignments and final exam.
Office Hours: Before and after class and by appointment.
Exclusion Policy: Student may be dropped with excessive absences but should never rely on instructor to exclude them.
