Dear Culinary Arts Student,
Welcome to the amazing Culinary Arts Institute at Los Angeles Mission College. In this page you will find important information you will need for the Spring 2013 Semester for FSMGMT 102 and 225. This information includes but is not limited to your syllabus, course outline, project information rotating chapter assignments and important dates to remember.

I will be in the main kitchen or in the culinary offices everyday Tuesday and Thursday at 4pm till class begins at 5:05pm if you need to speak with me. No appointment is necessary however please text me and let me know you’re coming.
Lastly, Please be in full uniform at all times when you are in the CAI building This is very important as it demonstrates your desire and professionalism as a chef. You are encouraged to log into Wiley + using your textbook CD rom or visit https://www.wileyplus.com/WileyCDA/ and view the online tutorial videos associated with the upcoming weeks lesson.
