Title-V HSI
Title V HSI is a five year integrated plan to improve retention and progression in math using academic support initiatives, curriculum development for critical thinking skills, and computer-assisted instruction. Title V HSI is supporting the development of a new Math Center and will enhance the learning services through tutoring and supplemental instruction, as well as computer-assisted instruction. With Title V funding, LAMC will also provide faculty and staff development, strengthen comprehensive support services, and initiate outcomes assessment, and evaluation.

Program Description
The Title V HSI Math program provides assistance to students enrolled in beginning level math courses. Students may participate in two components: The Math Center, and the Math Assistance Program.
