ASO Event Application Instructions
- After the event application is downloaded and completed, print the application.
- Obtain the required signatures.
- Please note that the Dean of Student Services’ signature is required for all ASO/club sponsored events.
- Attach additional information and/or drawing of setup to application.
- Return completed documents to Vice President, Student Services Office.
Please note that this is NOT an online submission form. You must download the form to your computer to fill in the information.
