Mission College Tricycle Race

| It was a race to the finish on April 20 when Mission College students sponsored their annual tricycle race. Three individuals competed in the individual race and four teams in the group category. In a race from the Clock Tower to the Fountain and back, Salvador Valencia, who works in the ITV office, obliterated the competition to win the individual race. A team representing the Bio Med Club (Margarita Martinez, Jenny Herrera, Nadine Cano and John Soliman) captured the team relay race. Even Mission College President Jose Leyba took part in an "unofficial heat". Money raised by the event went to the Careers in Childhood Education Club. |
