Students in the Mission College culinary arts program have outdone themselves with this year’s version of a village made entirely of gingerbread and other delectable “building” materials. The snow-covered village features a frozen lake with ice skaters, library, barbershop, post office, salon, general store, railroad tracks and station, and a long cinnamon road that separates the northern and southern sections of the town. You can view the village through the holidays in the lobby of Campus Center on the Mission College campus.
