Mission College 2006 Commencement Ceremony
| Under warm, sunny skies nearly 350 candidates for graduation accepted their diplomas at Mission College’s 2006 Commencement ceremony on June 7. The event drew about 2,000 relatives, friends and other guests. Graduates ranged from the young – one was 18 – to the daughter-mother team of Patty and Patricia Esquivel (first photo below), who both received degrees in Psychology. Keynote speaker was Thomas Brown, an expert in the area of college student services. The Valedictorian was Ramonito Alanes; the Salutatorian was Danielle Grimm. District representatives included Trustee Nancy Pearlman and Larry Eisenberg, facilities planning director. Mission College congratulates the Class of 2006! |
