This course offers students the opportunity to evaluate their own health lifestyles using knowledge from nationally renowned experts from various fields of medicine and health. Students are encouraged to use critical thinking and problem-solving skills along with new knowledge to make the decisions and modifications necessary to improve their own lifestyle behaviors.
