MEETING AGENDA
MEETING:
August 4, 2005
(meeting at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa)
Goals of meeting:
1. Finalize most things associated with the HS Cslr Wkshps.
This includes insuring we have enough presenters to cover all sites, reviewing the actual PowerPoint
presentations (including presentations developed by other related entities) and
making any final corrections, reviewing and finalizing items
to be included as reference pieces in the workbooks, and finalizing the items to
include in the bag. We will also review the status of our Fund
Development project to secure sponsorships from vendors who want to have an
insert and premium item put in the bags. We will discuss "snack options"
for our sponsor (SunTrust).
2. Review the status of our sponsoring of a session(s) at the CASFAA annual conference.
3. Check the status of our FANN project.
4. Committee continuity project. We need to insure that we have people interested in co-chairing or chairing the committee in 2006.
