MEETING AGENDA

MEETING: Tuesday, June 28, 2005
(using CCC Confer teleconference feature)

Goals of meeting:
1. Discuss lots of things associated with the HS Cslr Wkshps.  This includes:

• Determining the session topics we want to cover this year.  We will need to make FINAL decisions on our afternoon sessions, as we need close-to-final versions of presentations ready BEFORE our next meeting in August.

• Selecting and contacting potential presenters for all sites.  We have already received contacts from a number of past presenters who are interested in presenting this year, but we would like to make sure we have all our sites covered.

• Discussing the items to be included as reference pieces in the workbooks.

• Discussing the types of items to include in the bag.

• We will also review and discuss our initial Fund Development project and narrow down how we define "premium item and insert" so that we can best guide the vendors who have decided to sponsor and pay for this opportunity to have items handed out at the workshops.

2. Start discussions on the possibility of sponsoring of a session(s) at the CASFAA annual conference.

3. Check the status of our FANN project.
