MEETING AGENDA
MEETING:

Goals of meeting:
1. Discuss the recently completed spring projects of the committee:
The review of Fund Your Future materials for EdFund and CSAC. Get general opinions on the FYF materials from committee members.
The volunteer work we performed for the NACAC and WACAC College Fairs. We'd like to review the information provided by the volunteers already posted to the project webpage, and solicit feedback from all who volunteered at the fair sites.
2. Discuss some of the things associated with the HS Cslr Wkshps. This includes reviewing the ideas we have for possible new sessions we want to present this year, selecting potential presenters, and discussing possible items to include as reference pieces in the workbooks. We will briefly discuss our Fund Development project and any recent activity related to it.
3. Start discussions on the possibility of sponsoring of a session(s) at the CASFAA annual conference.
4. Discuss our FANN project. We would like to get a feel for who is willing and able to work on this project. We will probably have a separate teleconference or in-person meeting of this sub-committee to decide on the main objectives to accomplish with a FANN website, the initial layout of the site, and setting criteria for the inclusion of volunteer listings and any commercial or non-commercial tie-ins or links.
5. Discuss the need to reschedule our July 21 committee meeting due to many scheduling conflicts for members and with the CASFAA min-conference schedule. As Beryl will not be able to make today's meeting, we'll need to pick our next meeting date AFTER today's meeting. Dennis and Beryl will coordinate this through emails and our website.
