Your student has requested our assistance in taking ALL tests for your class.
Please visit your faculty/staff portal website to access your class roster to select and submit a student test accommodation form electronically. You may also use our new e-mail: DSPSTest@lamission.edu that was design specifically for attaching tests and we would get notify about it automatically. Our intention was to help faculty who could not make it during office hours.
As mandated by State regulations, we provide extra time and a distraction free enviroment, but never help students with test answers! Tests are administered per faculty instructions in the DSP&S Office, Room 1018, ext. 7732. All tests are administered under the supervision of one of the DSP&S instructors. Our record of this student's disability indicates proctoring would be a reasonable accommodation. A copy of your proctoring form will be sent back to you for your records.
