Required for all NEW courses NOT part of an existing, approved Chancellor's program or transferrable G.E.

  •  CCC-530 Form

Required for all New and Addition of District Courses

  • Course Deletion
    (Archive Request)

Archival of a course not offered any longer is done through ECD.

  • Course Reinstatement 
    (Reinstatement Request)

Activation of a reinstated course is done through ECD.

  • Course Change Request

To request a change in a District Attribute for a course (Requires approval by all LACCD colleges)

Available in ECD (automatically generated when a District attribute is changed)

  • Course Cross-Listing Request

To request cross-listing of a course with another course in a different discipline

(Note:  An e-copy of this form must be submitted to the Academic Affairs office)

  • Request to Remove Course
    Cross-Listing

To request removing cross-listing of a course with another course in a different discipline

(Note:  An e-copy of this form must be submitted to the Academic Affairs office)

  • Student Learning Outcome
    (SLO) Assessment

This form should be completed to report assessment results for Student Learning Outcomes.    (sample)

  • Application For Distance Education (DE) Course Approval

This form should be submitted to Curriculum prior to review by the DE Committee.

(Note:  Approval of New DE courses are frozen, pending Substantive Change application by the college.)
