This course offers a study of the tremendous variety of humans who occupy this planet Earth and their development of cultures, languages, economics, social and political systems, and their religions. Emphasis will be on the role of humans as they alter the face of the earth.

Human Geography: People, Places and Change
This course is an introductory examination of the Earth's human environment. Emphasis is on the description, analysis and explanation of human population distributions; human cultural train distribution; patterns of rural land-use and settlement; patterns of agriculture and industry; and world urban development.
